You can return your goods back to us within 14 days of having received the order as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
All refunds will be made only after we receive the goods back and to the card originally used to purchase the goods. Refund processing times may vary by card issuer.
No refunds or exchanges are given on sales items.
Any returns received outside the 14 days are accepted at the discretion of Footsie 101. This does not affect your statutory rights.
